It was a true pleasure working with Ingrid. Due to circumstances beyond our control, my wife and I ultimately purchased a property in Las Terrenas through another broker who held the listing. Throughout our search, however, Ingrid consistently impressed us with her attentiveness and professionalism. She showed us numerous properties that aligned closely with our needs, even when negotiations were limited by sellers unwilling to compromise on price. The property we eventually closed on happened to be adjacent to one where we had previously made a backup offer through Ingrid. While that original transaction did not move forward, we were fortunate to secure a similar property at a lower price directly from the listing broker. Although we were disappointed not to complete a purchase with Ingrid after all her dedicated efforts, she handled the situation with grace and unwavering professionalism.
